Holly Knoeller
Holly is a firm believer that real estate is really more about people than it is bricks and mortar, and that our homes and communities should be a reflection of that value. She is passionate about building community and expanding awareness and approval of Missing Middle, Attainable, and Affordable Housing through the lens of Regenerative Development. Experience gained in the 18 years since licensure includes resale, investment properties, new construction; representing buyers and builders in luxury communities, and corporate relocation for domestic and international clientele. She approaches each opportunity with knowledge, enthusiasm, and a bit of creativity to help her clients realize their vision.
As a fourth-generation Idahoan, Holly has a deep appreciation for the transformative qualities of nature found in Idaho and seeks to help others connect to that through the communities she serves. Holly resides in Sun Valley, and when not working can undoubtedly be found spending time with her children, Nathan, Kate, and Akbash Stella, pursuing her passions in art, holistic health, fly fishing, and hiking in Idaho’s great outdoors!
Academic and Professional accomplishments include a Masters of Real Estate in the Built Environment Degree from The University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design from Boise State University, obtaining Accessory Dwelling Unit Certification, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Luxury Real Estate Designations, Certifications in Relocation Services and Professional Home Staging.
